October 2004 will bring a change to the National Training Center OC Teams. While some of the Soldiers and units have been buying lights individually to use on their rotations, Acquisition Command is procuring enough of our Most Popular Version of the Phantom Warrior flashlights to supply all of the OCs. This change will allow Atraining, coaching, and mentoring@ of the units in the field under the cover of darkness without revealing their position to the OPFOR. Welcome NTC! Phantom creates specialized infrared kits for the 67th MDD in the desert. Human and canine lives are preserved. |
